LOCAL CELEBRANTS

You may wish to host and run a graveside ceremony yourselves with poems, readings and songs, but this can be emotionally challenging.

There are some lovely experienced celebrants who can help you create a deeply personal and graveside tribute, or end-of-life celebration elsewhere, that meaningfully reflects your loved one's life and how they were loved.

Here are two really lovely celebrants we have been working with (and we will add to the list as we get to know more local celebrants):

LOCAL VILLAGE HALLS

The four nearest village halls are:

• Milden Pavilion - a 5-minute drive from Primrose Wood with capacity for 100 guests (or 50 seated). To hire, email: info@mildenpavilion or phone Justine Turner 07745 170348

LOCAL VENUES

The Tudor Barn - this is a wonderful flexible space on our Milden Hall Farm, a two-minute drive away from Primrose Wood, for a ceremony or post-burial joyous celebration where 20-130 guests can sit, mingle with family and friends and reminisce.  We can help with catering and serving of your own alcohol – and offer accommodation options the night before or night after the funeral.
