Trees - we will plant native broadleaved trees on burials within the woodland area and take into account any preferences you have for species. Single plots will share a tree with the next plot and double plots will have their own tree. These trees will be managed by us - established, in time thinned to allow the best trees room to develop, and traditionally coppiced in due course to create a beautiful broadleaved wood.
Wild flowers - native wildflowers will be established on woodland, glade and ride-side burials. If you wish to purchase more for planting at the time of burial, please speak to the team. There are a number of factors to consider about successful establishment of such flowers in the height of summer so it may not always be practical.

We have parking at the burial site for up to 35 cars for a burial ceremony at the graveside.
Consider the options (especially in difficult weather for elderly, less mobile mourners) for small on-site gatherings and larger celebrations in venues nearby, including our Tudor Barn.
See our local contacts pages for more information on local funeral directors, celebrants and local venues for end-of-life celebrations, including our Tudor Barn where you can have a service, celebration and overnight accommodation.

There will be an opportunity to purchase small memorial plaques attached to wooden benches around the site. Ask the team for more information.
